娘惹美食在大马可以分为两个主要不同的派别，南马以马六甲为主，北马以槟城为主，槟城的娘惹餐就比较泰国味。而在The Curve的ah Tuan ee娘惹餐馆，就提倡坚守着传统口味，为大众提供道地的槟城娘惹美食。在这里您可以品尝到娘惹著名小食Otak-Otak，它采用鱼肉炮制，酱料是以咖喱香料、蛋及椰浆等绞拌后，加入未经绞碎的鱼肉拿去蒸，并切成块状，肉身特大及鲜嫩可口。还有一道Perut Ikan
(鱼肚)亦是令人口水直流，这是一般娘惹餐馆都会售卖的一道菜，只有石斑鱼等大的鱼，才能取出鱼肚，而要把这鱼肚煮得带嚼劲，还真不是件容易的事。而ah Tuan ee在这道菜肴上加入了草本元素，有效于去风，止咳的作用。另外，在这里还有一道特别与众不同的菜肴即是Pandan Chicken(班兰鸡)，没有用班兰香叶包裹鸡肉，原来它已经把班兰叶的精华渗入鸡肉，您只要细心嘴嚼就会渐渐品味出班兰香味。。。

ah Tuan ee’s Place serves Nyonya food with a twist to Penang home-styled cooking which is typically influenced by Asian flavours, especially Thai. Thus, it’s distinctly spicy and sourish cuisine, enhanced by the sparing use of aromatic santan. Perut Ikan is one very popular and unique dish, cooked with crunchy pickled pieces of fish stomach and more than 10 types of herbs and vegetables. The taste is simply exquisite! There is also the Otak Otak which gives a totally different experience – a perfect blend of fish pieces steamed with egg, santan and some secret ingredients. The Sambal Prawns and Pandan Chicken are also not to be missed! Come and savor these sumptuous dishes with a bowl of rice and you’ll definitely
