沙煲兄弟正宗潮汕食府 Restoran Claypot Brothers

砂煲酿真情味
烹制堡仔饭,看来简单易行,但要制作得好,也要讲究火候。其特点是传热性能慢,故保温性能也强,能较好地保存食物养分,特别馨香。砂煲兄弟所烹制的招牌滑鸡饭,有点像港式与潮州煲仔饭的混合风格。特色在于饭是采用上汤煲煮香米,粒粒分明,不会黏腻,配饭之食材有无骨鸡肉及冬菇,再用独家配制的豉油浇饭,整煲香喷喷的鸡饭顿时令人吃得唇齿留香! 砂煲兄弟另一招牌佳肴就是花生烧猪骨粥,粥底煲的火候恰到好处,幼嫩细滑,有软绵绵的感觉,稀杰又适中,而猪骨又先炒过才加入煲煮,因此,当上桌打开煲盖时,即迎来一阵阵的猪骨香味,令人食欲大开! 除了砂煲餐食佳肴之外,这里也有提供小食甜品类,例如金瓜芋泥,入口香甜滑溜,美味可口。

Claypot Brothers is a specialty restaurant that serves almost all its food with claypot. Claypot is believed to retain nutrient and aroma after the food is cooked, giving it very distinctive flavor and taste. Its specialty here is the Claypot Tender Chicken Mushroom. Its cooking is very much Teow Chew and Hong Kong style. To achieve its distinctive aroma and taste, first the rice is cook in fragrance soup then add on chicken, mushroom and cook to perfection in a claypot. When it’s ready to eat you will have to pour in a home-made special sauce, thereby sending the dish to another level of sensorial excitement. Another not to be miss is the Roast Pork Bone Porridge.
