蟹皇海鲜楼虽然置身于PJSS25区的Taman Mewah Jaya一片悠静的社区中，但是每到用餐时间却总是高朋满座。 原来此餐馆不但楼面宽阔，甚至连厨房也如此浩大! 而且从食材的选用到烹调处理，从菜肴的变化到形色搭配，均由专业主厨全程控管，品质保证! 以活海鲜为号召的蟹皇，在店面前可见到活水水族箱，活生猛的虾蟹鱼贝就展现在眼前。在料理手法方面，更是传统与创新兼容，像是强调原味的砂煲奶油蟹，蟹肉丰厚，虽然外表铺满奶油却不侵蚀蟹肉的鲜甜原味，反而吸收了蟹肉的鲜甜，奶香又可尝到海鲜的甜味! 还有鱼滑炒茄子，一道普通的菜肴，入口却浓味上心头! 鱼滑肉鲜爽口，茄子香味点缀到位，真是配搭得天衣无缝! 再来一道煎丰鱼，特点在于先起鱼肉，留着外皮，将鱼肉搅成鱼胶，混合配料之后，再铺上鱼皮煎制而成，鱼肉充满弹性，鲜味无穷! 再来，蟹皇的新创意柱候鸭，鸭肉以柱候酱炖制，浓香可口，甘香的滋味丰富了您的味蕾!

A must try is the Claypot Butter Crab, succulent and tasty and it’s worth the mess. Another excellent dish, is “Chu Hao Duck”. This dish is Chef Ng creation as the duck is roasted to perfection and top with Chu Hao sauce. The resulting taste is both sweet and fragrant. Don’t forget to try the Special Stuff Fish.
