这家火锅的特色在于它独创的三边锅，让食客可以同时享用三种汤味打边炉。加上馆内有多达100种的新鲜食物任君选择，让这家火锅店永远宾客盈门。UFO的海鲜都是标榜新鲜至上，尤其鱼丸是您必试的鲜肉，它是取自于瓜拉雪兰莪的渔村，爽口弹牙，肉感鲜嫩，绝对没有参杂任何化学剂。还有“Boxing Chicken”炸鸡，上面铺盖了一层麦片同时油炸，香味脆口不油腻，是小孩超爱的美食之一。UFO每天所推出的汤料除了必定的药材及冬炎汤底之外，每天都会设有其他口味的汤底，一星期共有六种口味的汤底。

A must try here is the Kuala Selangor Fish Ball which is made without preservative. Another favorite here is the Boxing Chicken deep fried with Oat Meal. Your child will be asking for more.
